What you'll do
- Welcome new members into assigned online communities and help them find their footing.
- Keep daily conversation threads active, friendly and on-topic.
- Coordinate simple community activities and discussion prompts on a shared calendar.
- Flag recurring questions or issues to the wider team so we can improve the community experience.
What we're looking for
- Comfortable reading and writing in English at a conversational level.
- A friendly, patient tone, even when handling repeated questions.
- Reliable access to a computer and stable internet during your scheduled hours.
- Basic comfort with chat tools like Discord or Slack for day-to-day coordination.
Content Moderator

What you'll do
- Review member-submitted posts, comments and images against written community guidelines.
- Approve, hide or escalate content using our moderation queue and simple decision rules.
- Note patterns of repeated rule-breaking and pass them along to your mentor or lead.
- Keep a calm, consistent standard so every member is treated fairly.
What we're looking for
- Good attention to detail and comfort following written guidelines closely.
- Conversational English reading level; you don't need to be a native speaker.
- Even temperament — moderation means seeing the occasional difficult post calmly.
- Comfortable learning a queue-based review tool and a written guidelines document.
Forum / Community Moderator

What you'll do
- Moderate discussion boards and forum threads, keeping topics organized and on-guideline.
- Step in calmly when disagreements between members get heated, applying the rules fairly to everyone.
- Pin helpful threads, archive stale ones, and keep the board easy to navigate.
- Report recurring conflicts or gaps in the guidelines back to the team.
What we're looking for
- A calm, fair-minded approach to handling disagreements between community members.
- Conversational English and clear written communication.
- Comfort following structured guidelines and escalation steps.
- Willing to learn a standard forum admin panel (we'll show you the layout).
